Where are you based?

Our flagship retreats are based in St.Davids, Pembrokeshire, Wales.

How can I get to St.Davids?

St.Davids can be reached easily by car or taxi. By car, St.Davids is around 4.5 hours away from London. If you’re coming to us via train, our nearest train station is Haverfordwest, which has a connecting bus service, which takes a further 45 minutes to reach St. Davids.

How much is the deposit?

There is a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price for Pembrokeshire retreats and £500 deposit for our Portugal retreats. This is a non-refundable deposit. The rest of the balance is due 8-weeks before the retreat date start, we will send you a reminder!

Can I come by myself?

Absolutely! Solo guests are always welcome, in fact most of our retreats are made up of solo travellers, so you’re guaranteed to make some new friends during your stay.

How fit do I need to be?

All fitness levels are welcome, although you may have more fun if you do have a basic level of aerobic fitness. Our instructor Sophie will make sure everyone has fun, no matter what their capabilities are.

What is the level of yoga?

The yoga will be based around the abilities of the group, with lots of modifications to suit a newbie and more advanced practitioners. You are welcome to speak to Sophie if there is something in your personal practice you would like to work on throughout the week.

Are the extra activities included?

The extra activities are not included in the cost of the retreat. These are additional options and allow everyone to pick what they would like to do with their spare time.

The extra activities can be arranged by us, once we know how many of the group would like to be booked on. We can hopefully get some good discounts for you as a group booking.

Do we have much down time?

Yes! This is your retreat and we know many of you would like to relax. This time will usually be after brunch (Portugal Retreats) or our coastal explore (Pembrokeshire Retreats) and before afternoon tea around 4.30pm. You’ll have the option to go surfing, kayaking, coasteering, supping, stay at the house, go for a solo explore around town or head to the beach. The choice is yours.

Can you cater to allergies/intolerance’s?

Yes we can, please let us know on the day of booking so we can prepare for any special requirements.

What kind of food do you do?

All of our food is either vegetarian or plant based. We aim to use as many seasonal and locally grown items, to be as kind to the environment as possible.

How much walking is there?

For our Pembrokeshire retreats we usually fit in one coastal explore a day, these distances can range from 3km to 8km, so makes sure you bring some comfy walking shoes!

What should I pack?

We will send you a full packing list 4 weeks before you are due to arrive, as this list will change on location and seasons.

Do you offer solo rooms?

We do indeed. If there is not a solo package offer listed on our website, please feel free to email us directly as we will always try to accommodate requests. Please note there will be an extra cost for a private room.

How many other guests will there be?

Each retreat will vary slightly but it will usually be around 8 guests, with a maximum of 10 on our Portugal Retreats.

Is there parking at the accommodation?

Yes we have parking for guests who are driving at all retreat locations.
